In other words, it is an environment where you train with folks who were born in the same decade as you. They might even listen to the same music as you. Occasionally we do have arguments over whether the music will be from the Outkast Pandora station or the Calvin Harris station. As far as Coach Milo is concerned, give him a little of James Brown's "The Big Payback" or some "Brick House" from the Commodores and he is feelin' good!

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most difficult, our ELEMENTS classes will range from a 1 to a 5. The class is limited to 15 athletes.
ESSENTIALS - This class introduces and makes use of different types of external resistance. There will a lot of movement with resistance and some of the movement will be explosive. The classes will cover: Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength as well as Aerobic Strength. The ESSENTIALS class will be divided equally into bodyweight and external load resistance exercises.
